Pultrusion

Our composite pultrusion system is designed for the manufacture of fiberglass reinforced pultrusion products, and is applied to design in a way which is demanded its special application, including customized shapes and standard structural pultruded fiberglass shapes, such as I beams, H beams, angle profiles, and rods.

​Our composite pultrusion system consists of a polyester pultrusion system and a polyurethane pultrusion system.

BMC and SMC

Our composite Bulk Molding Compounds (BMCs) and Sheet Molding Compounds (SMCs) provide solutions for the diversification of composite shapes.

Our composite BMCs & SMCs use a semi-dry method for manufacturing thermoset fiberglass reinforced products. With the hot-press molding process, the pre-formed molding compounds of all necessary ingredients are formed to the custom

Prepreg and Laminate

Our composite prepreg is the B-stage (semi-cured) and C-stage (full-cured) epoxy resin coating on both sides of the DMD and SHS. A substrate coated with the resin will strengthen all aspects of performance, including those related to temperature, electrical, and mechanical properties.

 

Our composite products are composed of multi-layer flexible insulation materials (such as Nomex®, Aramid Paper, non-woven, PET film, and polyimide film) with a heat-resistant adhesive bonding.

ABOUT US

Established in 2015, Mingfeng Composite Europe B.V. is a forward-looking company focused mainly on providing products and non-stop solutions for our customers’ composite needs.

In 2017, our company successfully developed composite products for wind turbine electrical insulation, resulting in an alternative to costly epoxy laminate products.

Since then, we have continued to expand the application of composites, to the aerospace, architecture, automotive, energy, infrastructure, marine, military, and sports and recreation sectors.

Our company’s team is constantly acquiring knowledge about new composite materials and applying this knowledge in practice.
